Creative Kitchen is an online market research community comprised of people interested and inspired by different foods and drinks. These food and drink explorers are willing to share their opinions about all things important in food & drink, including views on ideas, products, packs, brands and shopping experiences. To be eligible to participate in the Creative Kitchen community you will need to complete our initial registration survey that details your general food & drink behavior and some demographic questions to help us classify your answers. Once this survey has been completed and you’ve met key criteria you will become eligible to participate.

For each study, you will receive an invitation by email to participate. The community research will be conducted on the Web. All you need to do is click on the link, or copy and paste the Website address into your browser window. Then, simply follow the instructions on the screen to complete the survey. The survey link will also appear on the community website under the “My Surveys” page.
Not necessarily. We will do our best to identify studies that look like a match based on your profile, but our sponsoring clients may include criteria which is not part of our membership information. In these cases, the only way to know if you qualify will be to ask you up front in the survey. In cases when your household does not fit the criteria, we will try and notify you quickly and release you from completing any more of that survey.
On average, you will be sent a survey invitation about once or twice per month. There will also be new QuickPolls posted to the site every week or two, as well as some new discussion forums for you to participate in as well. We will be in touch when new activities are available and keep you posted if you can take part.
You are welcome to take part in as many surveys and discussion forums as you like.
On average, our surveys are approximately 10-15 minutes; however, some can be as short as 5 minutes and others can be longer than 15 minutes. All surveys and activities are completely voluntary and we let you know the approximate length of the survey in the invitation so you can plan accordingly. As well, surveys can be stopped and restarted later from where you left off if you are in a hurry.
Yes, community members can opt-out by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the website to cancel their membership. Alternatively, members can submit a request via the Contact Us form or send an email to community@mycreativekitchen.co.uk with the word "Unsubscribe" in the subject line.
As a member of the Creative Kitchen community, you may receive different types of compensation depending on the type of research you participate in. For most surveys and activities, you will be awarded points that can be redeemed for gifts online after you have accumulated a minimum number of points. For other projects you may receive a product to try or some other compensation such as an entry into a sweepstakes or contest. Our invitation for each survey or other activity will state the compensation.
Some of our activities allow you to earn a specified number of points. You can use these points on the Rewards page to purchase entries into prize draws to win Amazon vouchers each month! You can also view your accumulated points online on the same page. Please note, Explorer Points do expire, so please use them up within 18 months of earning them. The Community retains the right to monitor all member activity within the Site. In the event that your member account shows signs of fraud, abuse or suspicious activity or as otherwise deemed necessary by us, for instance where you do not respond to a reasonable number of requests to participate in Surveys , your member account may be terminated.
